All of our program were made compatible with PFW 5.4, plus 11 new programs were added, plus there were 8 other major modifications to existing programs, where new features were added.

Version 5.32 was released on April 20, 2005. This version is compatible with all versions of PFW - from PFW 5.30 down to PFW 4.6 and also PFD 4.6. This is a minor release, having to do mostly with user manuals, help files, and prompt files. Four new features were added

Version 5.31 was released on February 1, 2005. This version is compatible with all versions of PFW - from PFW 5.30 down to PFW 4.6 and also PFD 4.6. We added 20 new features in this release.

Version 5.30 was released on October 12, 2004. This version is compatible with all versions of PFW - from PFW 5.30 down to PFW 4.6 and also PFD 4.6. We added 23 new features in seven of our modules in this release. Probably the largest new feature is our MRP interface to BatchMasterPFW. We also strengthened our bin number tracking capabilities and our serial number usage capabilities.

Version 5.21 was released on May 10, 2004. This version is compatible with all versions of PFW - from PFW 5.20 down to PFW 4.6 and also PFD 4.6. Over 20 new features in eight of our modules are included in this release. The Maintenance Tracking module's interface to BatchMasterPFW was strengthened. The ability to enter work orders associated with preventative maintenance and replacements was added. A program was added to make it easier to track inventory by bin number. Net Change reporting was added to MRP.

Version 5.20 was released on September 5, 2003. This version is compatible with all versions of PFW - from PFW 5.20 down to PFW 4.6 and also PFD 4.6. Over 30 new features are included in this release. The biggest additions are TWO new modules - Capacity Resource Planing Tools (CRPT) and Work Orders (WO) - see below. The 5 most popular of our Inventory Utility programs were added to our System Manager module, so they are now available at no charge to all MSS customers who have a current annual support / maintenance contract with us. The last major change was that our Premier AR module was split into two less expensive modules - Customer Information Management (CIM), which is the mini-CRM system; and AR Utilities (AR-UT) which contains the other programs from Premier AR.

New module - Capacity Resource Planning Tools was released with the MSS version 5.2 on September 5, 2003. CRPT is like MRP, but for labor and machine usage. It identifies bottlenecks based on actual orders, planned orders, or both. While it does not schedule jobs, it assists the scheduler, making his/her job easier. It is included with our MRP Bundle and also our Manufacturing Suite.

New module - Work Orders was released with the MSS version 5.2 on September 5, 2003. Work Orders is a less expensive, less powerful version of our BOMP module. The target customer is one that ahs simple discrete manufacturing requirements. It may also be used in conjunction with our Maintenance Tracking module, to create work orders for maintenance and replacement tasks. Sub-assemblies are not allowed in this module, as they are in BOMP. Also, this module does not interface to our other manufacturing modules.

Five Inventory Utility programs added to System Manager with our MSS 5.2 release on September 5, 2003. We took our five most popular Inventory Utilities and added them to the System Manager menu. That means that these programs are now free to all MSS users who are on MSS 5.2. The five programs are: Inventory Quantity Correction, Inventory Purge, Inventory Turns Report, Item Master File Maintenance - with additional fields, and Item Location File Maintenance - with additional fields.

Premier AR Split into Customer Information Management and AR Utilities. We found that some companies only wanted the CIM module and others only wanted the AR utilities, so, when we released MSS 5.20, we split the Premier AR module into two less expensive modules. CIM includes the additional AR Customer fields, the Call Log, Unlimited Contacts, Credit History, the RMA Log, and Warranty Tracking, AR Utilities includes AR Corrections, Split Commissions, Move AR to AP, and a number of print programs. The old Premier AR may now be purchased as the Premier AR Bundle - at the same price.

New module - Maintenance Tracking was released with the MSS version 5.1 on November 15, 2002. This module gives users the ability to track usage remaining before preventative maintenance or replace is required. A hot list reports what needs maintenance and/or replacement now or will need it soon. There is also a historical log of maintenance and replacement.

New Features added to 5.01 Since releasing MSS 5.01 on April 3, 2002, we have released 3 sets of patches - in May, July, and August, 2002. Each patch included new features and some included new programs.

Version 5.01 was released on April 3, 2002. Numerous new features are included in this release. Perhaps the most important is that the install now recognizes if Crystal Reports is already installed and allows for that. This install feature allows this version to work with all previous versions of PFW and PFD. Many features were added to BOMP, including some Batch Processing capabilities, pseudo assemblies, and the ability to do a sub-assembly level transaction. Corrections were made to MRP, Project Management, and Inventory Utilities.

Version 5.00 was released on August 28, 2001. Capacity planning tools were added to the Manufacturing Suite. Also included in this release were compatibility to PFW 5.0, the ability to save report parameters, and a new Inventory Turns Report. A total of approximately 60 updates were made, which effected most of the modules, (Also, version 4.80 was released a week later. The two versions are the same, except 5.00 works with PFW 5.0 and 4.80 works with PFW 4.8a to 4.6. Both work with PFD 4.6.) .

Version 4.20 was released on February 1, 2001. Included in this release were many updates to BOMP, including the ability to enter engineering change numbers. There were also improvements to Premier AR. A new module - Inventory Utilities was also added.

Version 4.10 of our Windows based software (Manufacturing Suite, Project Management, and Premier AR) was released on August 15, 2000. Included in this release is a new manufacturing module - Shop Floor Control. We also made many additions to our Premier AR module (RMA Log, Multi-Tiered Commission Report, and Move AR Credits to AP). Plus, the Customer Information Tracking program (in Premier AR) was enhanced and the name changed to Customer Information Management.

Version 4.00 of our Windows based software (Manufacturing Suite, Project Management, and Premier AR) was released on March 20, 2000.
